Article 1: Scope of application

These General Conditions of Sale apply to all purchases made through the websites and platforms operated by Your Motivated Friend.

A “Client” is any natural or legal person who places an order for a product or service offered by Your Motivated Friend, validated via an online payment system, bank transfer, or installment plan.

Placing an order implies full and unconditional acceptance of these General Conditions of Sale.

Article 3: Age restriction

All products and services offered by Your Motivated Friend are strictly reserved for clients 18 years of age or older.

By placing an order, the client confirms that they meet this age requirement. Any order placed by a minor will be cancelled and refunded.

Article 4: Products and services

Your Motivated Friend offers:

Digital products (online courses, PDFs, recordings, and other downloadable or streamed content)
Online services (coaching, mentoring, workshops, and sessions delivered remotely)

All products and services are delivered 100% online.

Article 5: Prices and VAT

Prices are displayed in euros unless stated otherwise.

Your Motivated Friend is VAT registered in Denmark.
VAT is applied in accordance with applicable EU and international VAT rules, depending on:

The client’s country of residence
Whether the client is a private individual (B2C) or a business (B2B)

The applicable VAT amount, if any, is calculated and displayed at checkout.

Prices may be updated at any time. The price charged is the one displayed at the time of purchase.

Article 6: Payment terms

Payment is due immediately upon placing an order, including for pre-orders.

Accepted payment methods:

Credit and debit cards
Stripe
Bank transfer
Approved installment payment plans

Secure online payments are processed via Stripe. Payment data is encrypted and handled directly by the payment provider. Your Motivated Friend does not store payment details.

Article 7: Right of withdrawal

In accordance with EU consumer law, clients normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal.

However, for digital content and online services, this right is waived once:

Access to the digital content is granted, or
The service has begun,

provided that the client has explicitly agreed to this waiver at checkout.

By completing the purchase, the client expressly agrees to the immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledges the loss of the right of withdrawal.

Article 8: Refund policy

Digital products and services

A refund request may be submitted within 7 days of purchase, provided that:

The client has attended the first session (where applicable)
The client can demonstrate that the agreed conditions or expectations were not met

Refunds are not granted if:

The digital content has been fully accessed or downloaded without valid justification
The service has been fully delivered

Each refund request is reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Article 9: Coaching and service cancellations

Clients may cancel or reschedule a session up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are not refundable.
Missed sessions are not refundable.
Sessions may be rescheduled if the client informs Your Motivated Friend in advance and within the stated timeframe.

Once a session has started, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Article 10: Delivery

All products and services are delivered electronically via email, online platforms, or live online sessions.

The client is responsible for ensuring access to the necessary technology and internet connection.

Article 11: Personal data and GDPR

Your Motivated Friend complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) under Danish law.

Personal data is collected only for the purpose of:

Processing orders
Delivering products and services
Customer communication

Clients have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of their personal data at any time by contacting:

The competent supervisory authority is Datatilsynet (Denmark).

Article 12: Applicable law and jurisdiction

These General Conditions of Sale are governed by Danish law.

Any dispute arising from their interpretation or execution shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent Danish courts.
