Signature topics

Topics your audience will love

Each topic works as a 60–90 minute workshop, a masterclass or a podcast conversation. I tailor every session to your audience.

  1. Money Making Passion:Find What You're Great At and Get Paid for It

A workshop on the power of skill stacking: how to combine the skills you already have to become a category of one and create an offer people want. It also covers the basics of starting to make money from something you love, fast. Participants leave knowing the value they bring, what makes their skills unique, and their first steps to turn them into a business.

  2. Confident Enough to Start THAT Business

A workshop built on three principles from Adlerian psychology, using the 3 C's framework to show what true confidence is. Participants try two practical exercises, the Big 10 List and Empty & Fill Your Cup, to recognize their value and quiet their inner critic and self-doubt. They leave ready to act on the business or project they've been putting off.

  3. Decide & Thrive:Make Confident Decisions Without Second-Guessing Yourself

A workshop on the hat, haircut and tattoo framework, the power of simple identity-based questions, and how to trust your own instincts when making important decisions. Participants leave understanding the different types of decisions they make every week, and ready to decide instead of overthinking, putting things off and going in circles.

  4. Charge What You're Worth:How to Double Your Prices and Still Have Happy Clients

Prices shape the clients you attract and how much money you keep. Yet many new business owners believe they have to be the cheapest to succeed. This workshop explains the value equation, how people judge value, and how to use it to double or triple your prices and still keep clients happy. It also uncovers the money beliefs that hold people back, and what to do about them.

  5. Attract Clients in Your Style:Stop Copying, Start Showing Up Your Way

There isn't one way to attract clients, there are hundreds. And when a strategy doesn't fit you, it's only a matter of time before you stop. In this workshop, participants recognize their skills and strengths, then use the honey, beehive and two bees framework to explore their options and choose what will actually work for them. Most leave relieved: they don't need to dance on TikTok, and they have 2–3 new ways to get clients they're excited to try.

About

Hi, I'm Julia

Most people don't have a motivation problem. They just don't have a plan that works for them.

I'm a business coach, workshop leader and speaker. I have 9 years of experience in marketing, business, coaching and teaching. I started my own business in 2019. Along the way, I learned one big thing: if a plan doesn't feel right for you, you won't stick with it. There are hundreds of ways to get the same result. My job is to help you find yours.

I've led more than 500 coaching sessions and workshops for people in seven countries, from Denmark to Bali. I have a degree in sales and marketing, and a Cambridge certificate in sustainability. I also co-founded the Confident in Finance Club. My workshops are simple and practical, and everyone leaves knowing their next step.
