A year earlier, I worked with The Barber’s Den to help them raise their prices, attract better-fit clients, and create a clear step-by-step plan to double their yearly income. Their services were priced between 50 and 135 euros. Everything was moving in the right direction. But then… life happened.

OUR RESULTS

When my husband and I opened our barbershop in Denmark in November 2022, we were new to the country and priced our services based on local competition trying not to be too expensive or too cheap. But as time went on, it became clear that our pricing didn’t reflect the premium experience we were offering. Despite our best efforts, we were losing money after covering basic expenses.
