Welcome to Your Motivated Friend (“we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, products, and services, including coaching sessions and digital product sales (collectively, the “Services”).

By using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our Services.

Your Motivated Friend provides business coaching and strategy services internationally, along with downloadable and online digital products.

3. Coaching Services

  • Coaching is provided for educational and informational purposes only.

  • We do not provide legal, financial, or medical advice.

  • You are responsible for your own decisions and actions following any coaching sessions.

  • Results may vary, and we make no guarantees of specific outcomes.

4. Client Responsibilities

To get the best results from coaching, you agree to:

  • Attend scheduled sessions on time.

  • Complete any agreed tasks or “homework” between sessions.

  • Be honest and transparent during sessions.

  • Take full responsibility for your choices, actions, and results.

  • Maintain respectful communication at all times.

Failure to meet these responsibilities may impact your results and could result in termination of coaching without refund.

5. Digital Products

  • Our digital products include e-books, templates, courses, and other downloadable materials.

  • Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the product for your personal or business use only.

  • You may not resell, distribute, or share our digital products without written permission.

  • All sales of digital products are final unless otherwise stated. Due to their nature, digital products cannot be “returned” once delivered.

6. Ordering and Payment

  • Prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout and may include applicable taxes.

  • Payment must be made in full before access to coaching services or digital products is granted.

  • We use secure third-party payment processors; we do not store your complete payment details.

7. Refunds and Cancellations

Coaching Services:
You may cancel a coaching session with a full refund if you give at least 24 hours’ notice before the scheduled start time. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or no-shows, will not be eligible for a refund. Sessions may be rescheduled if you notify us within the required time frame.

Digital Products:
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable once the product has been delivered, unless the product is defective or not as described. If you believe your product is defective, you must contact us within 7 days of purchase for review and resolution.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, including coaching materials, website content, and digital products, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify our content without our prior written consent.

9. User Conduct

When using our Services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information.

  • Not engage in unlawful, harmful, or abusive behaviour.

  • Not attempt to hack, disrupt, or gain unauthorised access to our systems.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Your Motivated Friend from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our Services or violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark, without regard to conflict of laws principles.


If you are a consumer in the EU/UK, you may also benefit from mandatory consumer protection provisions in your country of residence.

We may update these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on our website with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of our Services means you accept the updated Terms.
